I strive to create opportunities for students to collaborate in art. Sometimes collaboration looks like making something on your own and combining it with the work of others. Other times it looks like actively working together on the same project. Collaboration prompts communication among students as they decide what to do and how to do it.

Some examples of these collaborative projects include:

  • Tape Murals

  • Paint pouring

  • Large scale Keith Haring paintings

  • Snowflakes throughout the school

  • Kandinsky circles mural

  • Inspirational posters
